In every country has different habits or cultures, each
country has good habits and bad habits. I would like to try to compare the good habits
and bad habits from another country like South Korea with Indonesian habits.
A. Korean Good Habits.
1. Like to eat healthy food.
Korean people love to eat vegetables, in every dish they always have vegetables. they also serve a lot of side dish like kimchi and pickles. they always balance their dish with meat and vegetables. they also have a habit that eating meat with garlic as a neutralizer.
2. High Formality.
formality is highly valued in South Korea, formal language even used to talk to one year elder.while working they also speak formally to the boss or colleague wich is much younger. Korean are ethical person, they can control their manners very well,
3. High Solidarity.
Koreans loves to gathering together with friends or family to celebrate something small like when someone got good score at school. they will make sure no one in trouble and they will help each other.
4. Like to Act Cute.
Girls or younger people likes to act cute in front of their parents or their elders to get what their wants, they will whining and act cute and then the elders will say "kwiyeowo~". sometimes they are doing cute act to comfort someone who was down.
B. KOREAN BAD HABITS.
1. Burping Habits.
In Indonesia burp after a meal is considered impolite, while in south korea burp after eating showed that the food served was delicious.2. Drinking Alcohol.
in Indonesia drinking alcohol is prohibited, while in South Korea they usually eat together and drink alcohol while they were celebrating
something like celebrating its 20th birthday. they will drink until they get drunk. Koreans thinks when they get drunk there will be less secret.
3. Plastic Surgary.
Korean plastic surgery is the usual course, because many
Korean girls who prefer coupons for plastic surgery than a smartphone as a
birthday gift. even in Miss Korean Event 2013 and 2014 many finalist look a like one another.
4. Sasaeng Fans.
Sasaeng fans is a horrible fans, they will follow their idols like paparazi and did not give them space for their privacy. the worse Sasaeng fans will terrorize their idol with words or actions. sometimes they will steal their idol things to keep for them self. or they will hurt them self to show their loyalty to thir idols.
Sasaeng Fans sent bloody letter from her own body for her idol.
C. KOREAN UNIQUE HABITS
- They like to eat Ramyeon or noodle straight from the pot.
- They like to brushing theet every time
- If they were feel numbness the will lick their fingers and put the fingers on the tip of their nose.
- Koreans likes skinship.
- If their drink in front of the eldders they will turn their head to side.
- They used to take or give something with two hands.
- They eat with mouth full.
